The visible finish depends on a sound substrate and a compatible waterproofing system. Tile format, layout, niches and trims affect the installation time.
Shower replacements
A like-for-like replacement is different from a complete wetroom conversion. Check the tray, enclosure, drainage and surrounding finishes before ordering.

Replace shower tray & enclosure
£500–1,000 / setLabour only, accessible like-for-like replacement; tray, enclosure, tanking materials and remedial tiling extra.
Standard wall / floor tiling
£40–60 / m²Ceramic/porcelain up to 600 × 600 mm, straight layout, prepared substrate. Tiles, adhesive, grout, trims and preparation extra.

Do you offer labour-only bathroom installation?
The guide includes a labour-only option. Products, consumables and disposal remain additional, and electrical work must be separately scoped.
Are hidden leaks and rotten floors included?
No. Remedial work discovered after opening up should be assessed and agreed as a separate item before proceeding.
